Fast. Clean. Healthy. DELICIOUS. Went there for the first time with my wife and was pleasantly surprised. The menu had so many appetizing choices that it was hard to make up my mind. Finally decided on the skirt steak with soy glazed green beans, my wife had the tilapia with edamame, we split the hummus with wheat pita. Everything was cooked perfect and tasted great. Best of all it was as good as it was while being as quick as it was. While eating, the Owner/Manager came to check on us and make sure we were enjoying our meal. He was friendly and genuinely concerned about our appraisal. We told him we loved it and were looking forward to coming back, especially to sample the delicious sounding crepes. He informed us how light and tasty they were, and then provided us with one on the house to sample. It was just as he said; chocolate, strawberry, and banana in a very light pancake = awesome. This place is definitely getting added to my list of frequent eateries.
