I have grown up in the Plantation area my whole life. I am extremely picky with restaurants. Three years ago I stumbled into Bamboo Noah's and the only analogy I can honestly think of is it must be very similar to what happens when a crack head is first introduced to crack. I am literally in here for lunch 3-4 times a week. The food is incredibly tasty, healthy, and when you are done eating your body actually feels good. The staff is very nice and professional. I am happy to say not only has it provided me with an excellent place to eat lunch but also some amazing friends. Anyone who leaves a negative comment on here about Bamboo Noah's needs to be brutally beaten with a large wooden club because they are being disingenuous. If you have never been there you need to go immediately!
