Review content:
The customer service was not good. I bought a Groupon from them and then was unable to get a hold of them to schedule a cleaning. I called every day for a week and got an answering machine every time. I left
Voice Mails but they never called me back.
Finally they called back and I scheduled a cleaning. However, I was not confident they would show up and I had not given them details about where I would leave the key and what to clean. So I tried to get in touch with them to confirm the appt. and to tell them what I wanted done. Of course I could not get them to answer their phone and they never returned my calls.
Now I am stuck trying to get my money back and they never cleaned my house.
