If you want your vehicle to come off the truck in the condition it went on DO NOT use Epic Auto Transport. I watched my 64' Cadi get loaded on to the truck in CO and took before pictures of the entire car. Our car had air ride suspension so we made sure to communicate that with the driver, Thomas Webb, who said that it would not be removed from truck until it arrived at our MA address. When the Car was delivered it had damage to the front bumper and the rear quarter panel. We expressed this right away to Thomas Webb who admitted he had removed our car to load another vehicle he was transporting at some point on the route to MA. Thomas assured us they would cover the costs of repair. We called and spoke to the owner, James Sam Walls known as ""Sam"", who again told us he was sorry and it was no problem he would reimburse the cost to fix the car. He told us when the car was fixed to send him the invoice. It took us several months to find a reputable person and to fit into their schedule to have the work done as our car is a classic and you have to be very careful who works on them. After the work was completed I called Sam several times and faxed copies of the invoice over. After not getting response I called him again to figure out what was going on.... Long story short Sam now says... 1) Thomas Webb is who we need to get the money from - we never went into any contract with Thomas Webb 2) We are outside the statute of a claim based on his paperwork - however we notified him the same day and followed his instructions regarding the invoice and he knew it was a classic and could take months to fix 3) Told us he would not be giving us the $600 back it cost to fix the Cadi despite the fact that his company admittedly did the damage, we have an invoice for the money we had to front to get it fixed, and we have pre and post transport photos of the vehicle and a SIGNED ""BILL OF LADING"" showing the damage!!! This place is a SCAM and they are DISHONEST PEOPLE WHO LIE TO GET YOU BEYOND THEIR CONTRACT STATUTE so they can NOT PAY TO FIX DAMAGE THEY ADMIT THAT THEY CAUSED!
