When I lost my position with a company here in Middle TN and replaced by two much younger people, I felt that my rights had been violated. I was over 50 years of age and wonder who would hire me. I have had to start over with a new career and a lower income. I went through the normal channels of filing charges with the EEOC and received the appropriate letters to move this through the legal system. I had a limited amount of time to find an attorney and wanted to find someone to represent me as an individual. I met with Mr. Harris and he felt confident that there was age and gender discrimination with my previous employer.
