Jacks stir brewed coffee is divine! their coffee and teas, no matter what kind (but dont be chicken, try the specialties), and downtown chef sandwhiches are beyond amazing. I dont know how anyone could say anything bad, personally I love its tininess. This way no groups/cell phone hogs/sex and the city wannabes stay because with 8 other people so close in one little shop no one has enough chutspa to be a ""cafe-annoyance"". No matter what you order the staff is friendly, attentive and makes you wanna be their friend. An alternative to any regular coffeehouse(ahem, starbucks) but with a plus, rhis coffee is actually good, no wait superb.
Pros: everything- esp their specialty drinks
