I have been working out at BodyWerx with Lucas Madsen for about 2 years now. It is a fantastic place to workout at. It's clean and bright. Everyone there is very friendly. Lucas have been a great trainer. He is tough on his clients and pushes us past what we think we can do and at the same time he is always encouraging us to go farther. He is very knowledgeable and has helped me out tremendously. He is always coming up with new ideas. His workouts are NEVER boring! I come away feeling tired yet invigorated after working out with Lucas. All of the trainers at BodyWerx give each others clients words of encouragement.
