Review content:
During the process of buying a house, our realtor suggested that we have the home checked out by a local building inspector to help identify any structural problems so we would know what we are getting for our money. He suggested Krause Inspection and I am SO glad he did!
Our inspector went over, under, and through the house with a fine toothed comb. He took note of everything he saw and wrote up an exhaustive analysis of the house. He pointed out which items were "serious" and which were minor, or "cosmetic". He was very patient in explaining everything he found and took detailed photos, which he emailed to us the same day. We also received a notebook with suggested home maintenance items and a timeline in which they should be performed.
I felt very comfortable with George and would recommend him to anyone. I believe his inspection fee was money very well spent.
