Review content:
I stopped at office mart on my way to Best Buy to get my laptop disinfected. I thought I would keep the business local, right? Well, the first encounter was ok, I mean they took my computer in, gave me a quote, which they didn't go over and it seemed around what I expected to pay. The problems start now. I pick up my laptop and after telling them""no, I don't need a new computer"" they proceeded to describe my many problems in very dramatic fashion. I was""very infected man, very very infected"". Fine, I knew that. The problem really was that they installed an outdated antivirus software for $80 that ended up popping up error messages every ten minutes, effectively disabling my computer again. When I went in to try to get this fixed the conversation began with accusations against me and my not updating the software, that I just bought from them 5 days earlier. After getting through the attitude portion of my visit the guy refused to believe what I was telling him. I knew the file location and was very specific in describing the problem and where it was. I left the laptop again and told him to just leave it running and the error message will pop up. I came back an hour later to find my laptop shutdown in the back room. The guy told me the message never came up and with out seeing it he can't do anything. I had written the whole message down and shown him already, still, no help. What could I do but leave and take it to Best Buy to get it fixed.
Pros: close to my house
Cons: bad attitudes, bad service, bad software
