FOR A GOOD LAUGH --You HAVE TO READ THIS ONE...I was a customer for 3 years, we sold our house and they came out to clean right before the closing and we paid them an extra $50 on top of regular fee to come out earlier in the day. 4 days later I call to set up the cleaning at the new house and they want to charge me a RESTART FEE??? AND increase the price - It was NOT a RESTART, ONLY an address change... I had continuous service with them for 3 years! Heck, the fee is only $10 but it is the principle of the matter. The owner was out so I asked the lady to call the owner to have her remove the fee. She called back and said ""Actually the fee is $20 but we are discounting it for you"" WHAT - I am a Sales Manager that deals with Customer Service all day long and cannot fathom their way of thinking. BY THE WAY, my digital camera is missing also, any ideas Spic-n-Span??? Also, Maid Services are a dime a dozen and their company was always sometimes good and sometimes not as far as the quality.
