Four of us just went there last Saturday for early Mother's Day celebration. The waiting area was completely packed even it was only half an hour after opening. It was not their fault that many people chose to dine there on weekend. The wait wasn't too painful - 30 minutes and we were seated. Everything went well until this morning when I checked my credit card balance online. The bill was supposed to be $140 for four adults and one beer. I charged the bill with my credit card and left them a TWENTY dollar tips in cash knowing that the wait staffs get more when the tips is in cash. However, when I checked my balance online today, they charged me additional $12 for tips!!!!!! I am going to dispute the charge and I specifically crossed out the ""tips"" space when I signed the receipt. This is simply outrageous!
