I had heard good reviews about these guys, then when I brought my engagement ring there to have it appraised, they told me they would need to keep it in-house for 1 to 2 weeks (yes, WEEKS!!! I clarified!!!). I told the sales woman that I'd always been told not to let the stone out of site and that I knew it wouldn't take that long to complete, and she acted as if I didn't know what I was talking about. The, she had the audacity to start knocking the ring and talk to me about trading it in! They acted like I had no clue what I was doing, and while it was completely wrong about me, maybe it is a reflection of what she expects from their clientelle.
