This is probably my favorite restaurant in Charlotte. I was roped in originally by the Grilled Tuna Tacos and Epic Tuna Burrito, but upon sampling their specials, they had me hooked for good. Cabo has a very unique selection of foods for Charlotte (or the whole Southeast for that matter). Having tasted fish tacos in California, I have to rate these as good or better. The chef is also always coming up with inventive and delicious specials. You should give them a try if you go. The shrimp and crab dip is an excellent starter. The Dos Equis pitchers and excellent margaritas are a plus as well.
