Review content:
My first time & last time! I ordered a name badge which I received an email from the owner, Allan Hux, stating it would be ready 05/24. I went to pick it up on the 05/25, along with a badge a friend ordered. It took awhile for Kim to find the orders. My friend's was completed. Mine was not. I was disappointed because I wanted to use it for the holiday weekend. Kim assured me it would be ready first thing 05/29. Kim did make me feel better about the situation when I went to pay for my friend's badge, she said don't worry about it & crumbled up the invoice.
I received a call from another woman on the day my badge was to be picked up to tell me my badge has not been paid for. I explained to her what happened & what Kim did. I was told by the woman the owner said it would need to be paid for or it will remain in the store. I asked to speak to Allan. He admitted he forgot about my order & he put it in the wrong place (which is why Kim could not find it) but I still would need to pay for it. I am beyond confused at this point! My badge is not ready even the day after it was suppose to be, you admit it was all your fault, my friend receives her badge for free when there was nothing wrong but I have to pay?
This was Allan's response: ""Ok I will make a deal with you. You can have it for free but don't ever come back to do business here."" WHAT! You screw up, give bad customer service & then tell me not do business with you anymore if I don't pay for your mistake.
No problem!!!
