Van Buren, Ark office will not dispatch or talk with me, I guess they are making good $$$. I have never been late in 20 + years. Miami,Ok office doesn't reply to emails, text, or return phone calls. I was told by one broker, I'll call you back in 15 minutes, four days later, I ask if she had forgotten, well maybe was the reply.
I had spoken to the office twice a day those four days, (needing a load) !?!?!?!
And the list goes on.
