Several years ago we installed a brick paver patio for ""Mr. Poncho"", with which he was very satisfied. Two years later we received a telephone call about weeds growing in part of the paver area. I instructed ""Mr. Poncho"" on various weed control methods he could use to deal with this common problem, especially since he resided in a rural area and the paver area is next to a horse pasture. Even though this is a very common problem, and is typical under the circumstances, he was unhappy that I would not visit the job site. As you can imagine, my professional advice was freely available to him and my opinion did not require a visual inspection. His expectations were unrealistic. I've prided myself on serving the community for over 29 years. The thought that I would take my long earned reputation and tarnish it by mistreating my valuable customers is absurd.
