Love this place. I have yet to go wrong with all of their fresh fish and shrimp (plus the usual chicken) selections. Blackened mahi-mahi? Yum? Divine rice. When I get that that summer-beach-surfin' feeling craving without having to actually get wet, this place does it for me. Oh and the beer of the month is somethin' to try, too.
Pros: Great seafood-mexican fare year-round, Good value
Cons: Locations are mostly by SoCal beaches save for Wilshire
