Review content:
This gallery holds art classes and unfortunately, they have an ""absolutely no refunds for any reason"" policy . I registered my children for an art class and prepaid $70.00. On the morning of the class my daughter woke throwing up and very ill, my husband at work, there was no way either of the kids would be attending the class. When I called the shop owner to reschedule she politely read the policy to me as if I were a small child and I needed a reminder of the rules. Very condescending. I suggested a waiting list when she told me that these classes fill up and she has to turn people away. She interrupted and quickly explained why a waiting list would never work and is definitely a bad idea.
