I have shopped here for 3 years and in that time I have always been treated with respect and have always had my questions answered. I like being able to touch the glass I buy and get critiques on color matching. I was just starting 3 years ago and the owners have always helped me and encouraged me and my projects. When I read reviews from people who said they were treated like children then I think maybe those people shouln't act like children. I f a person knows the no refund policy then why ask for a refund? This is a greatt glass shop. If the person working is wrapping something relax and let them finish, look around, get some new ideals and when they are finished you will be treated with respect. Go visit and chat about glass and treat others like you would like to be treated. Glass and supplies are not cheap anywhere. Remember to add shipping costs when you start price shopping online. The costs at this shop are very good and you get to see what you are buying. Have a great day!
