Review content:
The location is central to everything in North County. I took into consideration the outdated units for a swap of the town home square footage that was desirable, prior to coming from a larger space. The smaller bedroom felt as if you were standing outside in the winter months. I moved my family sleeping quarter to the lower level of the unit. To our surprise was a disaster. The lower level flooded a total of three times thus so far in a short stay. Twice in less than 7 calender days apart. And 11 days following that, we were wading in water in the storage room. Our carpet now reeked of dampness. It was treated both times.My concern now, was my family health from the mold growing underneath the carpet.. Our storage area that was once occupied with boxes were now water damage. The transformed lower level sleeping quarter have now become the new storage area. My family has been inconvenience again. Outside plumbing contractors trucks are always at the apartment community. I've had the vents cleaned, filled with dust mite poop and years of debris left behind in the vents. I keep a clean house that's not a problem. Mold exposed behind the tub kit in the shower. And the oversize RATS come right up to your door as if they were your long lost pet. Or if your okay with rodents in your attic area this is the place. Vehicle was vandalized twice. And management just keep giving me the run around for a corrective plan of action. I will not be renewing my lease. I'll keep you posted of the outcome. RUN FROM THIS PLACE
