I called to set up an appointment, and asked to be matched with a stylist who was comfortable doing short hair. I was looking for something asymmetrical, fun, funky and artistic. The receptionist replied that all of their stylists were good. I had a bad feeling after the receptionist brushed off my request, but decided to go to my appointment anyway. My stylist obviously didn't feel comfortable doing what I asked. She trimmed the back of my hair against my neck, and a quarter inch off the sides. She didn't even touch my layers or my bangs. Then, when I mentioned that she hadn?t cut my angled bangs, she butchered them cutting them almost straight across. So much for asymmetrical and artistic! I went in for a cut, and I barely even got a trim and style. And it cost me $42! When I asked what they could do to fix it, all the manager could offer was to have the same stylist cut my hair again. She obviously didn't understand what I wanted, why would I let her touch my hair again?
