Too high space rents for this rundown park. Owner closes office on week-ends when most people can pay their rents. Does not do improvements of anything belonging to the park. Makes tenants think it's their responsibility. Rents are higher than a five star park that is inspected by city officials. City officials won't do anything to govern rents in this rundown park and no improvements park where you have to guard your life from the illegals that threaten you with getting beat up if you get on them for hitting your vehicle by throwing things at it or your house.
