Our first concern over this company arose over the method of swapping out thermo-couplers and valves over the course of several charged visits by different employees as the diagnostic phase of fixing our hot water tank. Six hours after what we assumed was the final repair, it stopped working again.
Pros: They pride themselves in getting to your home quickly
Cons: If they don't really fix anything once they get there -quick really isn't that important!
