If you've been thinking about trying ballroom or any sort of dancing, it's not too late! I barely started at age 28, but what's great about this type of dancing is that I'm learning styles of dance that will benefit me well into old age. I'm loving every minute of it--the instructors are professional and make every lesson so much fun. I can barely wait until Wednesday night practice parties...they are the highlight of my week!
