Review content:
I came here as part of a bridal party to get hair and makeup done. There was a total of 4 of us and we arrived early. The bride had booked appointments for us months in advanced. I didn't really like the energy of the place. I understood that it was busy but I don't think that we should have felt rushed when we had a two hour appointment slot scheduled for each of us. 20 minutes into the appointment, there was a lady asking my hairstylist if she was almost done and it seemed to have continued every 15 minutes until she was finished. I could tell it was pretty distracting for the stylist and I felt very unimportant and uncomfortable. I feel like her work was not as good as it should have been for the money spent. The same goes for the hairstylist that was working on the other bridesmaid. Our hair was falling out of our updos before the wedding even started. The stylist used tons of hairspray and fried my hair with heat. My hair now smells of burnt chemicals and is no longer soft after washing and conditioning several times. Her work was hurried and it definitely showed. The makeup was OK work. I've had better makeovers at department store makeup counters. I definitely see that its quantity over quality for this place. Needless to say, I won't be going back-- even if it was free.
