Review content:
RSB were recommended to us by two people and we were told that although their prices were higher, the quality of work justified the higher prices. They poured the stamped concrete around our pool and within weeks we had cracks appearing. They sent someone out to repair them and used the wrong color filler. When more cracks appeared after a few more weeks, Delmar came out and agreed that the company would fix all the cracks and redo the ones that were done with the wrong color. That was over a year ago. For a few months, they said they were busy and would get back to us about scheduling a time to come out in the near future. Now they will not even respond to emails or voice-mails. The cracks are getting worse and worse and the quality of the work is terrible in my opinion. Our next step will be to have another company come out and estimate how much it will cost to fix the cracks and then we will hire an attorney to go after RSB. Given how friendly the owner and workers were when the project was being done, we are amazed that a company that charges this much will not stand behind their work. We are constantly asked by people who come to our house ""who did your concrete""? We will certainly be pointing out all the cracks and telling them to stay away from RSB.
