Ordered a 12 x 18 oval pool which they could not provide, they charged $3200.00 which they have still not refunded, I keep calling and they pass you off to anther person who promises the refund the next day but it never happens, I have had to contact visa that this is a fraudulent sale, Avoid at all costs
It has now been 3 weeks and still no refund, I since then got a perfectly good pool $500 cheaper from another company, I keep calling customer service just to get information for visa, National Pool are disgusting frauds
