Review content:
We were going to use Polar Bear insulation and I cannot comment on their work but if customer service is any indicator, I would never use them. When I spoke to them in early August, the owner himself assured me he would get to me in the middle of September. The middle of Septemebr cam and went. I called on September 23 and spoke to Vinny, the owner, who could not talk at the time but promised he would call me that evening. No call. I called back on monday, September 26th. Not only was there no acknowledgment of no returning my call, he informed me he would not do our job until the week of October 29th. When I protested that we had been waiting fom him all this time and had held uip work to accomodate the insulation, he simply said my job was not worth enough money and if I was not happy he would poit me in the direction of another contractor who would also be busy if he was any good. When I tried to insist that he stick to the schedule he had made with me originally, he was indifferent and when I highlighted how this was really poor business practice, he hung up on me.
