Review content:
A few days after McCalla Raymer was assigned (ultimately by FNMA) as my closing/settlement agent, I learned of their extremely poor reputation.
I hoped I would not have the typical experience because it was almost too late to make a change.
WRONG!!!
Home Owners Association dues were incorrectly calculated (which I noted before and during closing) on closing/settlement statement.
Attempts to resolved the issue resulted in rude responses from closing agent.
Closing was on 7/11/2011 but I am still (8/18/2011) unable to determine what happened to the funds.
I am frustrated by not knowing how to get redress.
