I totally agree with the previous reviewer - this company has no interest in customer service. No one answers phone calls. Although I have gotten one person to answer emails, she did not have the answers I needed. As I write this I am less than four hours away from closing and they have not contacted me with pertinent info. I still have not received my HUD so I have no idea what funds I need to produce. In addition, I have been left to my own devices to even find out where their office is. This is the seventh house I've bought and McCalla Raymer, LLC is definitely providing me with the absolute worse closing experience I ever had.
