If I could give these cleaners no stars I absolutely would. I just called to notify them of a few mistakes made with my dry cleaning and was met with a bunch of excuses and no apologies or offers to rectify the situation. Not only did the RUIN a pair of Ralph Lauren dress slacks by shrinking them. They also ruined a pair of Eddie Bauer dress slacks I asked them to alter. If you advertise that you do ""professional alterations"" then you would know that you should taper the pant leg during an alteration. These pants are now too short and also bell bottoms so I am unable to take them to real cleaners to get a proper alteration. Do NOT take your clothes to these cleaners unless you want them ruined
