We have been searching for homes in Charleston for almost a year. We are relocating from Chicago. We had been working with Carter Rowson and contacted him before we were to come to Charleston from Chicago to look at some properties and he never responded to us so we got nervous since we were arriving in less than 24 hours and contacted another agent within Cassina and he snapped back with a nasty email stating ""I do not think you are a good fit for our company. You obviously do not hold Realtors in a high regard and we are all professional Realtors.""

Totally unprofessional. Do NOT waste your time with this firm. Way too many NICE realtors out there than to settle at this dump.
