This place is very cluttered and messy inside, with piles of boxes, platters of fake food and random stuff making it very crowded and messy (clean?).
They keep there bussing bucket of dirty dishes, old food and garbage right on the floor in front of the deli case.
The ordering process was a complete debacle, they overcharged me twice on one order and when I tried to figure out how much/get a refund they were not helpful. I decided to cancel my order but they refused to refund my money and got very irate, started yelling at me (a pregnant woman, not that they should be yelling at any customer, but still) about wasting food. So much for the customer always being right...seems that the staff/owner here are always right, even when they are wrong.
