I used this car sevice 5 times. I do not have any complaints to write here although service is not super good. They come on time. I remembered one time in the summer ,air condition is not working. Another time,car has bad smell.cigarette smell I guess. But these are minor. I went to new jersey 2 times with owner. He is good and treat customers well although short but it is totally acceptable. But on evening of 1/14/2012, I called this service to go to queens from Bay ridge, Brooklyn. The owner sent me a car on time but problem started. He could not find bklyn-queens express way although he is using GPS. But finally he found it after loosing 3 times. I keep quiet because I don't want to bother him. When he got off to Queens Blvd, I told him to turn into a lane but he listened GPS and could not get there. So he yelled at me seriously and he said you were giving me wrong directions and he was mad at me and dropped me off besides Staples. He shouted and said ""give money and get out of my car"" so i gave money and left his car. I walked a fe mins to get my destination. That is my story and I even cried because I feel like I did not do anything wrong. It ruined. My whole evening.
I called to the owner and inform this situation but he said he was driving so I said I don't want to do any thing but just let you know about that.
I am a loyal customer to their service but I delete the phone number from my cell and no longer use avatar car sevice from Broolyn.
