Ahmad didn't just come tow my Jeep, he wanted to know what was wrong with it and proceeded to find the problem that required me taking it to the shop for repair. He found what was wrong! I was impressed! The night before, I'd had a towing service come try to start my Jeep and the diagnosis was something entirely different than what Ahmad found. It was not NEARLY as big a problem as the prior tow truck driver described to me. Ahmad started my Jeep with a jump and found that it was the starter, not the wiring that was on the fritz. The previous driver didn't even TRY to start my car the second time and still charged me $80. It was $75 for All Day and the owner/driver (Ahmad) diagnosed my problem. He didn't have to do that. I was very grateful to him for helping out this poor, stranded damsel in distress. Thanks, Ahmad!
