Chef Mc Grath has been a Valley legend, sorry to report that the legend is no longer in the Kitchen. On two occasions his famous burger was not cooked medium rare as requested. In fact, tonight, Three people in our party sent the burger back, and to our joint amazement ,they were recooked again incorrectly. Even more astounding, Management, when made aware of the problem , simply laughed and said they hoped we would return. Service was as poor as the food!
