I personally worked at this establishment for one day. I had to quit because i was absolutely mortified as to how the grooming was done. I watched the owner ""Debi"" physically abuse almost every animal that came into the shop that day. She would scream very loud at the animals and would curse at clients after they walked out of this facility. I was disgusted that there was NO TLC given to these animals. I would try to comfort a few of them after she had handled them wrongly at which point she screamed at me not to be a ""HERO"". She told a client she bathed their cat when all she did was throw him into a small crate and filled it with water while shaking him around in it then charged the client $45. The women should be arrested and this business needs to be shut down. Plus she didnt even have the proper labor law poster up nor is she following Arizona's guide lines for hiring/employment. I would have made a report but unfortunately i didnt have evidence to prove her wrong doing to the animals. From my heart to yours please dont send your animals here to be groomed or for a dog sitter. I would not lie about this as a true animal lover the public must know who this person/business really is. DEBI BERGER IS AN ANIMAL ABUSER!!! Dont leave your animal here as you may return to find it DEAD!!
