My hair was ruined by an inexperienced stylist in CA. It took a year to grow out the damage. I now wanted an experienced stylist. I asked Emily if she was an experienced colorist, she said she has 2 years. She started at G.Michael in Mar. ?12. I asked where she worked before & she said she never worked at another salon. Is she counting school as her ?experience""? I was nervous the whole time. My color looks mostly natural but I'll look for a salon with more experienced stylists, & that gives me what?s offered on the website w/out having to ask & feel uncomfortable (the head/shoulder mini massage).
