I contracted this business to make some draperies according to my specifications. I purchased the fabric as the contractor requested, and submitted the downpayment along with the fabric. The contractor picked up the fabric, and told my wife she would have no problem pleating the said fabric. Three weeks later the contractor sends a very large and angry man to my house when only my wife was home to install the said draperies. The angry man insults my wife numerous times, makes racial comments, throws the draperies on the wall, leaves trash all over the floors, and then demands money. My wife was so distressed she paid this person in full just to get him out of my house without incident. I am left with draperies that I did not order, and a contractor who is unwilling to refund at least half my money back so that I may repair them.
