Review content:
Have you ever had any employee at Meijer ask you if they could help you? Besides the greeter, does any employee ever say hello? The Customer Service counter is pretty bad as well. I will see two employees working on something for a customer many times. That means there is no one else left to assist other customers. Other times, I will see one employee working on something off to the side (not customer related) while the other employee is standing there watching the first employee. I am next in line, watching both of them wondering why no one will wait on me. Obviously, it is ok to make customers wait or to pretend to be doing something or to duplicate efforts on one customer situation. It happens quite a bit at the Customer Service counter.
Pros: The store is clean
Cons: The employees couldn't care less about the customer.
