I wish to commend Mike and his crew for their exceptional work and professionalism. Mike arrived as expected and was clear and concise in explaining the process and specific corporate procedures. The team went immediately to work and maintained a level of intensity and speed during the entire move that went beyond the call of duty. During the entire effort, Mike kept us fully apprised of the status and any clarification required of us by the team. They should also be commended for their patience and forbearance as we made several changes in final placement of furniture, which required additional effort on their part to which they responded with only good professional attitude and pleasant dispositions. Their effort reflects well on Local NY Movers and Mike's leadership
