InnerPC is a great find! They are really nice guys, highly professional, and they saved me a ton of money. When my 5+ year old home laptop would no longer boot up, they rescued me. Though it was near the end of the business day when I called, they came to my apartment very quickly to see if it could be fixed on the spot. That turned out not to be possible so they had to take it in for more extensive work. At first it appeared that the hard drive was a goner. After complete diagnostics they determined the hard drive wasn't actually the problem. They got my laptop going again by installing a new operating system, various updates and then replacing all the files. And while my laptop was getting fixed they provided me with a temporary laptop for a minimal amount and set it up to work with my internet connection. They saved me having to get a new laptop, or at least a new hard drive now, enabled me to continue to have internet and email access while my laptop was getting an overhaul and the cost was extremely reasonable. I totally recommend InnerPC and will definitely call them again if other problems arise. This is the place to call. THANKS Dan and InnerPC!
