Review content:
Called at approx 10 AM about a leak under my sub-floor, Donna answered and was polite and responsive, made a field call and then informed me that Ron was available in the 4-6 PM timeframe.
Ron and Jeff showed up around 6 PM, had a look and offered to fix it right then and there even though it was getting late, and quoted me a reasonable price, I could not refuse!
The gotcha is, due to SNAFU's in my plumbing it took them longer than anyone could have anticipated, they could have told me they would come back the next day or charged me more, but instead they worked until 8:30 PM to get it all done and done right. And they did not change their original bid. I got the deal of the century considering how much work they put in.
What else can I say? They do quality work and make sure that the customer is satisfied. I most definitely will call them again next time!
