Los Angeles Carpet Cleaning Experts were real experts in communicating with us, right from the start. The cleaning professional arrived on time and was friendly. He did his job, and a good one, in a timely fashion. For my house, which is partially carpeted, he was finished in just over an hour.
It did take a bit longer to dry than he had initially told us, but we were having some heavy rain that day which brings high-humidity. I?d requested a few extra touches and he obliged. I wouldn't hesitate to call him again. I have used 2 other companies before in L.A. and their work was not as good as Los Angeles Carpet Cleaning Expert?s. Another thing we really liked was that we didn?t feel high-pressured or him trying to sell us his other services, which I knew was his expertise. I just wanted a good carpet cleaning and I got one. Great Job and thank you guys for an amazing looking carpet!!
