I am at a loss as to how the ratings on this company could be so high. I was given Action Air as my contact thorugh a home warranty. Since our first contact they has schedule two appointments to come out and look at my airconditioning unit and have been no shows both times. Not once did they call to say we can't make it, i'm sorry, etc. Now when I call I just get the answering machine. I""m reporting them to the Home Warranty place immediately following this post.
