ADT here in Douglas County, GA is HORRIBLE. Avoid them! Our installer was so bad that the system appeared to work fine but we had no signal going to the ADT monitoring station for months. We received no credit.
Now, we have the system not working correctly again. The service tech was supposed to be here yesterday but no-showed. A day of pay is lost when one takes the day off to await ADT. They rescheduled for today and it isn't looking so good. ADT refused to give us any real credit.
They offered to credit the last few days of down time at a buck a day. They are nasty to deal with and like to remind you that you are stuck in a contract with them until 2011.
