Dr. Karan was excellent. ...very personable. I had a groupon for a micro laser peel so I headed on in. One of the girls behind the desk, Jada went way above and beyond to explain everything on a very friendly level. The other girl was also very sweet. I ended up hanging out there for THREE hours finding out all my options for other things that I will have done... clearing up my rosasea, hair removal, etc.. So because of the whole experience I am now a returning customer even though I have to drive for 45 minutes and there are a million places near me (LA).
