I am a 64 yr old light skinned black woman who have had Melasma for over 25 yr. I am very pleased with the fraxel laser treatments.. so far I have 40% improvement and will get further treatments. There was very little pain or swelling. I did use Arnica Montana 30X day of and after the treatment which is super stuff which helps prevent bruising and swelling.. Before the laser I had tried dozens of skin lightning creams and NOTHING worked. Staff are wonderful and I am pleased that they accepted me, as some others were fearful of doing laser treatments on black skin. I am LOOKING GOOD.
