Review content:
As a nurse, I expect friendly service and outstanding bedside manner each time I'm in a healthcare setting. I'm often let down. My first experience at McGrath Cosmetics was 5-star from start to finish.
I booked a one-day special but ultimately had to push back my appointment. They honored the price of the special without being asked, even though it was days after the event.
At my appointment, staff was helpful, friendly and attentive. Dr. McGrath had OUTSTANDING bedside manner and did my Botox treatment himself-- which he was very generous with even though at $8/unit it's already the cheapest in town.
I initially wanted an additional $400 Juvederm treatment, but after assessing me, Dr. McGrath recommended against it because he felt it was unnecessary. Folks, this is while we're face to face with the syringe/equipment all ready to go. I was touched and impressed that Dr. McGrath communicated his personal and professional opinion instead of trying to maximize profit.
I'm not new to cosmetic procedures, and this is hands down the BEST experience I have had. I'm a customer for life.
