I walked past this restaurant, looked at the menu and was hooked. Adorable setting, below street level, has a front bar witha sitting area around a fireplace. Cozy! The restaurant is further back, also very cozy with a variety of tables and booths, big skylight. Bonus: backyard outdoor seating! It was drizzling when i was there, otherwise i wouldve eaten out there. Ok on to the food, we really enjoyed everything. I had gazpacho which is one of my all time faves, it was spicy and had avocado slices on top. Highly recommend. I had a portobello cap as my main, it was grilled and on a pretzel dough bun. My hubby had a bratwurst, said it was great, also with a bun made of the pretzel dough. Prices were veryy reasonable. Will definitely come back! Oh and the waitress was sweet too. The website shows a nice brunch menu.
